FindNStart's core Service is currently offered free of charge. Since there is no payment required to use the majority of our platform features (such as project management, idea validation, or community matching), there are no refunds applicable to these services.

2. Future Paid Services (Subscriptions & Add-ons)

In the event that we introduce paid features, premium subscriptions, or add-ons in the future, the following standard refund terms will apply unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase:

Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

One-Time Purchases: Refund requests for one-time purchases must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. Digital products or services that have been fully delivered or consumed at the time of the request are generally not eligible for a refund.

Billing Errors: If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge, and we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
